Room Available in Longsight – £520/month

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in the Longsight area.

The rent is £520 per month, and bills are not included. In winter, bills are usually around £80–£90 per person, and cheaper in summer.

The bus stop to the City Centre is only a 2–3 minute walk away.
You can move in anytime. The current contract runs until next June, but it can be extended if you want. I had to return to my home country due to a family situation, so I’m helping find a replacement.

The room is slightly bigger than it looks in the photos and comes with a double bed. I also left a blanket and pillow that I bought new from Primark about three weeks ago. (The blanket isn’t in the pictures, but I can send photos if you want—it’s warm and fluffy!)

You’ll be sharing the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen with three guys aged 22–24. They’re all musicians, and since they usually go out around the same time, the house is often quiet and you may have it to yourself in the evenings.
