2 rooms coming available from 1st April.

2 of the current tenants are moving back abroad and so looking for new tenants for each of their rooms which are furnished double size rooms.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, good sized lounge and bathroom. Boiler was fitted new not that long ago.

The house is kept clean & tidy and there is easy access to the city centre and Universities either by walking or public transport.
