I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy from 5th September 2026- 27th August 2027. The price is as stated in the ad for £199p/w inc bills (electric, gas, water). It’s a 10-minute walk to The University of Manchester and 20-minute walk to Manchester Metropolitan University. All flat mates are very nice as I lived with most of them for 2 years now.

I willing to pay for 4 weeks of the tenancy.
