Great Double Room By Birchfields Park!

A little bit about ourselves: Nicole is a cardiologist, Elliot as a project manager and Prati is a data analyst. We are all quite independent and outgoing, but also enjoy doing things as a house such as going to the pub, going for walks, and having nights in together!
We’re looking for someone who is fun, relaxed, tidy and independent, but up for doing things together and chipping in to making sure the house is a great place to live.
The room has a double bed and plenty of space to make it your own. We’ve also got a big modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a cosy living room at the front and a back yard that we’ve converted into a nice outside space (in the summer it's a bit of a sun trap!). The house is in a great location, close to buses and cycle routes in and out of town, as well as two huge parks and plenty of shops and nice takeaways along Curry Mile. The bedroom available is a good size and has an upholstered double storage bed, wooden wardrobe and chest of draws and a window overlooking the garden.  There is a cosy living room at the front of the house with a sofa bed and TV. A big bright modern kitchen diner with lots of storage, double oven, dishwasher,  induction hob and two large fridge freezers so lots of space for food shopping and a large dining table that seats six people. Off the kitchen is a utility room with Bosch washing machine and tumble drier on the way through to the downstairs bathroom which has a lovely shower. Upstairs you have a modern bathroom with a rain shower over the bathtub, and on the landing there is a clothes airer. At the back there is a lovely yard that we’ve converted into a nice outside space for bbq's (in the summer it's a bit of a sun trap!). The landlord fully renovated the house 18 months ago including all the flooring. It's very much a home! The house is in a great location, close to buses and cycle routes in and out of town, as well as two huge parks,  plenty of shops and yummy food along the Curry Mile. There is also Birch Community centre down the road, which does loads of community activities such as Tai Chi, Taekwon-do, Yoga classes and a monthly pub called Birch Tavern. No agency fees - monthly bills go direct to our landlady who hits just the right balance between being proactive with house issues but remaining generally hands off the rest of the time. We sort out the bills ourselves, and they come to roughly £120 a month each - this includes gas, electricity, internet, council tax, water and a cleaner who comes twice a month.
