2 bedroom house for short let, Rusholme

My house will be empty from November to December, so I need someone/some people to look after it!

The house is part-furnished. It basically has everything you need for normal living except for a sofa and dining room table and chairs. I may be able to source some in the next couple of weeks.

The kitchen has all cooking/eating equipment, a cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The bedrooms are one double and one (very) small double, both with good beds and mattresses in them.

Gas central heating. All bills will be included in the rent, this includes broadband. There is parking on the street outside the house.

I would prefer to let the house out as a whole but I'll consider letting the rooms individually too.

Please note, the pictures are from when I bought the house one year ago. It looks more or less the same but is of course minus the furniture.
