Double room available in Rusholme for students

We have a double room available in a student house in Rusholme. House comes fully furnished, with a recently redecorated living room with sofas and a tv, recently redecorated kitchen with the usuals, double bed in all rooms as well as a desk/wardrobe/etc. Living room and kitchen have been refurbished since these pictures were taken. Super cheap at only £64 a week with all bills included and half rent over the summer.

The house is 2 minutes from Curry Mile where there's regular buses or it's about 20 mins walking distance to the unis.

You'll be living with three guys who are pretty friendly and generally easy going. 2 Manchester Uni students studying Chemistry/Chemical Engineering and 1 Man Met student doing Maths, all going into our second year.
