Bright room near The University of Manchester

The room
The room is bright and spacious. It is furnished, including a double bed, a desk with a chair, a clothing rack, a chest of drawers and a bookshelf. The location of the room is ideal as the University of Manchester is only ten minutes away form the house. There are several shops like Tesco, Lidl and Morrisons. It is important to mention that the room will be free by the end of November.

The rent
The price for the room is £75 per week, plus around £12 per week for gas and electricity (the water bill has been paid until March). The price of the rent includes access to the internet.

The house
There are 8 rooms in total in the house. There is access to a kitchen with 2 gas stoves with oven, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, a drying machine, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There would be enough space for all your things in the kitchen, as you would have 2 cupboards and a big drawer. Other facilities include access to a TV (the license has been paid), a living room, and a dining table.

The housemates
All the housemates are very nice and sociable. I met them during my first year of university. They like to go out occasionally, but they don't make a lot of noise. The environment in the house is very relaxed and everyone isaccepting and respectful. They all study science related topics.

As all the members of the house are students, we've been exempted from paying council tax. However, if you're not a student, the council offers a 25% discount from the total tax.
