Large sunny double room overlooking beautiful south-facing garden in my well-maintained house in Sale. Unlimited broadband and all bills are included.

Two minutes' walk to shops in Sale Moor village, 12 minutes' walk to Sale Metrolink station and the town centre, two or three minutes' drive to the M60 motorway and Sale Waterpark park-and-ride station, and near parks. Parking is available on the drive which has bollards.
.Someone with a friendly house-trained cat would be welcome but not a dog.
There is gas central heating and hot water whenever required and two gas fires in the living room/dining room.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge and very large freezer.
You would have full use of the living and dining rooms, garden and kitchen, but cooking pork or shellfish products wouldn't be acceptable.
There's a large bathroom including bidet, and a downstairs toilet..
There's ample cupboard storage space. in the bedroom, which has a double bed, not as shown and there are curtains. The photo is an old one as I'm decorating the room at the moment.
All bills including broadband, cleaning and gardening are included.
