Looking for a friendly housemate to share my lovely flat!

A spacious double room is available in my well-located flat. It's just a 5-minute walk to local shops, pubs, and a garage, and even closer (3 minutes) to a bus stop. There's also plenty of off-street parking.

I'm Rebecca, and I work as a project coordinator for a broadband company (9-5). I'm looking for a housemate who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere during the week. While I'd love to become friends with my new house buddy, I also appreciate having my own space.

Ideally, you'll be clean, friendly, and a cat lover! I have a ginger cat who rules the roost.

The flat comprises a bathroom, dining area, kitchen, lounge, and two generously sized bedrooms.

The available double room includes:

Double bed and mattress
Chest of drawers
Two bedside tables/drawers

The entire flat is fully furnished.
