The room is currently occupied until 27November 2020 and will be available immediately. It can be rented with or without furniture if you prefer to use your own.

The house is a period semi detached house on Northenden Road, Sale with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets.
Huge kitchen, double oven, 5 hobs, double sink, washing machine, shared living room, fire stick with all programmes/films
Outside patio seating /garden sunspot in the summer!
Upper level bathroom with X2 sinks, power shower & jet spa bath and a toilet & separate ground floor toilet & shower.

There will be 3 people living in the house including you.

-Close to motorways M60/M53 well connected to routes to anywhere by car
-7 minute walk to metro link which stops at chorlton, Trafford bar & airport etc
-Main bus route number 41 has a stop just a stones throw away
-Walking distance to Sale Town

I work in the health & beauty industry and work long hours so like to come home to a chilled environment. I’m an outgoing person & go to festivals, nights out & trips away every so often (when were not in lockdown) Occasionally I might have friends over for dinner/watch a film/ have a brew but I don’t have parties.
The other housemate is male, quite reserved, keeps himself to himself, he works as gardener and is considerate & friendly.
I’d like the house to be everyone’s home so I’m looking for friendly housemates rather than just tenants but that doesn’t mean you have to socialise, I’m happy to live with people who like their own space.

Electric, gas, council tax, tv licence, WiFi and water rates are all included in rent.
