Double room in Victorian house, central Sale!

Hi,

I am moving out from a lovely Victorian house house share and I am looking for someone to take my room.

The location is amazing, it is only 5 minutes walk to the main Sale town centre, shopping centre and the beautiful canals, perfect for weekend walks and runs. Also Sale water park is walking distance away ☺️

Big Sainsbury and big Tesco, Aldi 7 min walk.

The Met - 5 min away.

Sale shopping centre 5 minutes.

Coffee shops and restaurants, pubs & co op on main street are 4 minutes away (just opened Rudy’s!)

Leisure centre gym - 1 minute away (has swimming pool)

Couple more gyms (sports direct and snap fitness) approx 5-10 mins away.

I have lived here for 3 years and sadly have to relocate to town for work. The location is amazing, the met is pretty much on the doorstep, to get to town approx 30 min on the tram.

It’s located on a quiet street off the main road, very secure neighbourhood, neighbours are lovely.

It is 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and big kitchen with 2 hobs, 2 big fridges and all necessities included.

Housemates are laid back, friendly professionals in their late 20s -30s mostly. Type of folk who like catch up over a meal or going for walks together, but with no pressure, they respect each overs privacy too if that’s not your cup of tea. Most guys lived here for at least couple of years, but we have someone new moving in soon as well. So you’d not be the only one! :)

I will take the desk with chair, but rest of furniture will stay. The furniture on the side with a throw on, is a stuffy rail for coats and shoes x

This would be let and managed via pad2share, and all contracts and deposit would be done professionally and will be protected ☺️
