Safe neighborhood for on-street parking, with some unrestricted parking round the back, never had any issues finding a space (permits available if desired). No smoking inside.
You'd be living with me (Joe: live-in landlord), my friend Rory (live-in pizza chef), and 2 chill cats.
We enjoy a few trips to the pub/restaurant, the odd home-cooked flat-meal, maybe a Netflix show or two.
