Ensuite room, close to the tram stop!

Hi there,

I have just accepted a job in London so I am renting out my spare room in Sale as I will be down south most weekdays from now on!

The room is compact, but ensuite so you will have your own bathroom. The flat is about 7 mins walk from Sale tram stop and has a private car park, kitchen/diner with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer and a balcony with a small bbq.

You will have the flat to yourself the majority of the time so it really is the best of both worlds if you like having your own space during the week but a bit of company from time to time!

I currently have a cleaner who comes once a week which would be an additional cost, but happy to discuss whether you want to keep the cleaner on or reduce how often she comes etc (she also does ironing!).

There isn't a desk in the room currently, but happy for you to set up a workspace in the dining room if you would like to or there is a desk I use in the living room.

I really love my flat and looking for someone who would want to make it their home as much as I do!
