Looking for a female flat mate in Sale

I'm looking for a new flat mate to move in ideally on the 1st June 2025, but there maybe some flexibility up until 1st July. I have found previous flat mates on here and it has always worked out so well, I hope to find another lovely person to share the home with!
I live in an apartment in a lovely and safe area in Sale and the rent is £500pm plus bills. I am a student so I am currently exempt from council tax but I am happy to split this.
I rent through an agency and you would need to pass their checks and sign a minimum of a 6 month lease.
The room is a double room with your own bathroom in the hallway. The room has a built in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers (but not the ones pictured as these are older photos from when I first moved in). The kitchen and living area is spacious for a flat. There is parking available in the car park. It's also 10 minute walk to Brooklands tram stop, then 30 minutes into town. Sale has some lovely cafes and restaurants and green spaces nearby. I'm also 10 minutes from the Trafford Centre and 15 minutes from the airport!
A bit about me, I'm 29 and I am a social worker. I enjoy seeing friends, a good pastry, horse riding, yoga, baking, walking, and travelling. I'm all about the wholesome vibes! I am a tidy, clean and respectful person.
I prefer coming home on weekdays and just relaxing. Then on the weekends I'm usually out doing different things. I work from home usually 1 day a week max.
