Looking for a female flate in Sale

I'm looking for a lovely new flat mate to move in from 1st December 2024, however this could be earlier if needed.
I found current (amazing) flat mate on here previously and we have became such good friends, I hope to find another lovely person to share the home!
I live in an apartment in a lovely and safe area in Sale and the rent is £500pm plus bills (£80ish pm). I am a student so I am currently exempt from council tax until September 2025, so this would just be your responsibility until then. (Happy to come to some agreement though!)
The lease is currently month to month as I've been here past the 12 month contract. I ideally would want someone who is looking to commit for a year.
I rent through an agency and you would need to pass their checks.
The room is a double room with your own bathroom. The room has a built in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers (but not the ones pictured). The kitchen and living area is spacious for a flat. There is parking available in the car park. It's also 10 minute walk to Brooklands tram stop, then 30 minutes into town. Sale has some lovely cafes and restaurants and green spaces nearby.
A bit about me, I'm 29 and I am a social worker. I enjoy seeing friends, a good pastry, horse riding, yoga, baking, walking, and travelling. I'm all about the wholesome vibes!
I prefer coming home on weekdays and just relaxing, especially with the stresses of the job haha! Then on the weekends I'm usually out doing different things. I work from home usually 1.5 days a week.
I am a super tidy, clean and respectful person and this is something that is really important in my new flat mate. I'd like to be able to chill together, have a laugh and catch up about our days and also be respectful of having our own space and doing our own thing.
