Double Room, Nr Tram Stop

A newly redecorated double room (comfy bed) in a 3 bed victorian terrace.
The house has 2.5 bathrooms, well decorated, parking usually available, 5 mins from Dane Rd tram stop and south facing garden.

It's also 10 minutes walk to sale which now has a great selection of eateries and bars.

I have two cats. Pretty friendly (the like cuddles on their terms), but one is a bit nuts, she likes to jump out at you, she isn't dangerous though :)

I'm pretty easy going, I want someone to feel like it's their home but also remember it's mine :) that just means keep it pretty tidy, be respectful and definitely no wild parties :)
