Seeking a housemate for a two bed share

Hi!

37 y/o designer-artist, I work freelance either from home or a workspace in town.

Planning a move around the middle of September! (and no later), currently living on my own in an unfurnished flat (with my own furniture, obviously).

The new place will be a two bedroom house or flat unfurnished. I’ll be moving my furniture into the flat and we will each get our own rooms.

Ideally the place would be located within walking distance of town and somewhere that is relatively quiet would be lovely.

I’m looking for a likeminded person who is a professional in what they do. Happy to chat and see where it goes.
