• A single bed.

Please note, I’m happy for you to swap the single for a double bed if you have one. I’m also flexible with the furniture and can remove anything (except the wardrobe!) if not required.

Shared common areas include bathroom, kitchen / dining area (with very handy dishwasher and tumble dryer), living room (with 2 sofas) and garden.

Conveniently located a few minutes’ walk from the Manchester Airport Metrolink line, with the Altrincham line a 5-minute drive away or a 30 min walk. Close to the M56 and M60.

You would be sharing with me only - not a house with lots of housemates!
