I have a large master bedroom available to let in a lovely Victorian terrace house in Sale.
The house is just two minutes' walk from Brooklands Tram Stop on the Altrincham line and 25 minutes into Manchester City Centre. We are also a few minutes walk from the Bridgewater Canal, ideal for walks and bike rides, and a 10 minute stroll to the bars and restaurants of Sale Town Centre.
Amenities in the house include a washing machine, a large modern kitchen, including an air fryer. Two reception rooms and a modern, clean shower room.
We also have Netflix and EE broadband.
All the bills and broadband are included in the rent.
I'm the live in landlord. I'm a professional working a hybrid job. There are also my two sons. The oldest is 20 and he's a student at York university and my youngest is 10 and goes to school locally.
We also have a cat.
The room is available as a full time let. However, if you'd prefer to have a Monday to Friday rental, I'd be happy to accommodate that and I can be flexible with days. If Sunday to Thursday works better, that's great.
