Room mate wanted

My friend is moving back home so his room is up for grabs, I’m considering moving out unless I find someone who is looking to replace him, room isn’t the biggest, fits a double bed and and also can fit a tv stand in and that’s about it or a set of draws, en-suite aslong with bathroom downstairs not lived here too long still need to get a tv for the living room and a washer but 5 mins walk from Dane Road metro have a L shape sofa in the living room I’m always working so not in the house much.
