Sunny Room in Manchester M33

We have a very beautiful house in a nice area of Manchester. We are looking to rent a sunny room of the house. It faces the garden. It also has a desk and office chair.

About the location: the house is close to the centre of Sale, 5 mins walk to Dane Road tram stop and 8 mins walk to Sale tram stop. It takes 15 mins tram to arrive Deansgate/St Peter square. center is 15 mins away by tram and easy to reach. The local area is really nice - Worthington park is 5 mins walk away. Stanley Square, nice pubs, restaurants and supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsburys, M&S and Aldi) all within 10 mins walking distance.

The whole house is newly decorated, both the kitchen and bathroom are modern and well-equipped. The garden is very big and suitable for someone who has pets as well.

Why we're renting - We are the owner of the house. One of us has taken a job in London and we will be renting a house near London. We will therefore be in our Manchester a lot less, which is why we are looking to rent the room.

About the house - it is a three bedroom house, with two separate office rooms, a living room, and a kitchen. We intend to rent out two of the bedrooms and we will retain the third bedroom for ourselves for when we are back.

This room is available from mid July, 2025 (we also have another room downstairs available). Rent includes bills (including council tax, broadband, gas, electricity, etc). Ideally it would be at a least a 6 month commitment, but we're open to discussions.

Ideally we'd like to find someone who is friendly, mature, and also a professional. This house is also pet friendly. Our dog, Noodle, is very friendly. Sorry - we are not looking for couples, singles only.

We are used to having guests and sometimes use Airbnb to rent the room out and are recognized as Superhosts on the platform (but intend to stop using Airbnb).
