Beautiful Loft Room Near Brooklands Tram Stop

We’re looking for someone to join our house share in Sale. We are 3 friends working in a mixture of business and trades. Looking for someone friendly, easy going, tidy and looking for someone to be a part of the household.

The room is a loft room, really nice with built in storage. See pics. It will be unfurnished as our other housemate is moving to London for work and to live with his girlfriend.

Bills come to around £120 per month each.

Landlord lives locally and very friendly.

We are on a monthly rolling contract.

The house is about 10 mins walk (7/8 if you’re in a rush) to Brooklands Metro and you can be in town within 30 mins.

Coop across the road, as well as Greggs and a great local pub.

Aldi, Sainsbury’s, M&S and Tesco are 5 mins drive or about 15 mins by foot.

The house is a large, semi-detached Victorian house in a quiet neighbourhood.

Basement:
-Bedroom
-Toilet
-living space/drying utility area

Ground floor:
- Front storage room where which we use almost like a garage
- Large modern Kitchen Diner with huge skylight, large tv and surround sound system. We spend a lot of time hanging out here and watching TV.

First floor:
- Bathroom with claw foot bath and walk in shower on the first floor and one cloakroom in the basement.

2nd floor
- Your room!

The best thing would be to get in touch if you’re interested and pop over for a cuppa to meet us. We’re looking for the right person who we can build a friendship, not just any old person.

We definitely don’t utilise all the space such as the basement, so would be flexible if you had any ideas to bring to the table.

At the same time, we love the house and living in Sale so don’t want to move out ourselves! Sale town centre is full of great bars and restaraunts, and it’s super convenient for town and other things.
