Room available in friendly shared house!

Our housemate is moving back to New Zealand, so we have a room available from 1st July in our 4-bedroom house.

The room is on the first floor and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The bathroom is shared with two others.

The location is ideal, with excellent transport links nearby — local tram and bus stops are just a 4-minute walk away. We’re also close to several pubs, and Sale town centre is only a 10-minute walk away. Street parking is also available with a residents’ permit.

We enjoy doing things together occasionally, such as movie nights, game nights, and pub quizzes, so we’d love to find someone who’d like to join in from time to time. We’re also looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and happy to help with shared household responsibilities.

The house currently consists of 2 females (from New Zealand and Morocco) and 1 male (British), all working full-time. We’d love to find a flatmate we can be friends with while also respecting each other’s space.

Rent is £675 pcm, including all bills (internet, water, gas, electricity, and council tax). The deposit is £495.

The minimum lease term is 2 months, after which it becomes a rolling agreement.
