Fantastic furnished double room - Sale

I’m looking for a new housemate to share my lovely bright home in Sale.

The location is fantastic — just a 5-minute walk to Sale tram stop, as well as all the local restaurants, bars, and cafés. There are also local shops only a couple of minutes down the road.

The house has a great south-facing garden that gets the sun from midday through to sunset. I’m really into gardening, so there’s always something new blooming, and the outdoor space is a lovely place to relax!

You’d be sharing with me — Mark — and my two whippets, Monty and Dotty. They’re extremely well behaved and spend about 92% of their time asleep.

It’s a very relaxed, friendly home in a quiet cul-de-sac. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, films, music, and getting outdoors. Looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and happy to help with keeping the house clean.

Rent is £650 per month which includes internet, water, gas, electricity, and council tax. Deposit only £200.

Minimum stay is two months, then it's a rolling month-to-month agreement after.

Applicants will need to provide an employment reference.
