Double room to rent 1 minute walk to tram

We've got a double room to rent in a 3 bed semi detached house. It's located 1 minute walk to Dane Road tram stop and there is also on street park in the cul de sac. We are close to the canal for walks / cycling as well as 5 minutes from Sale Water Park. The house has kitchen / diner, lounge, dining room, bathroom, downstairs WC and back garden. There is a garage if you have a bike. We are both non smokers, have no pets and both work full time.
