We have a comfortable double room in the basement available to rent now with adjacent shower room - a desirable space for a suitable professional. Rent is inclusive of all bills. We are two married professionals. No-one else is living in the lower ground floor so you would have sole use of the room and basement shower room. We will only be in the basement to use the washing machine and tumble dryer .
We are situated 10 minutes walk from Sale and Brooklands metrolink and within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants.
