Lovely apartment close to Brooklands metrolink

I am looking for a mature professional, who is clean and tidy to share my two bed ground floor apartment in a secure gated residential area in Sale, Manchester.

It would be ideal for anyone working in Manchester or Media City, given its proximity to the Metrolink. It is also very well placed for Wythenshawe Hospital and Manchester Airport.

I have a choice of two rooms available, an en-suite double bedroom £800 per month, and a smaller double bedroom with private bathroom which would be Monday to Friday for £500 per month.

En-suite double room - £800 per month
Monday to Friday double room - £500 per month

I am not always there as I work away, so I would need to feel I can trust the person to look after my place while I'm not there.
