It is on Brooklands Road, which is a very nice area, and is only a 5 minute walk to Brooklands tram stop which goes straight into Manchester.
All bills are included with fair use.
It would be ideal for anyone working in Manchester or Media City, given its proximity to the Metrolink. It is also very well placed for Wythenshawe Hospital and Manchester Airport.
I also have a room available Monday to Friday for £600 per month or £160 per week. You could leave your things there safely, and you can lock the door.
