I am looking for housemates for a 2 bed 1930's maisonette. Rooms are carpeted, one overlooks south facing landscaped garden and the other one is larger room at front of house with rose garden at front. Wifi house. It is cosy, other rooms have original wood floors. On a quiet cul de sac, just off Sale town centre. Close to all immenities - tram/bus/large retail shops/restaurants - pubs, cafes, gyms etc - 10 mins from Airport & 5mins from Trafford Centre. I am looking for easygoing, independent people who want a relaxed home to come back to of an evening. The rooms are furnished - both double bedrooms. All bills (except phone) included in rent. Permit Parking in front of house and shed for a bike.
