The bedroom is spacious and comprises a double divan bed, bedside cabinet with a lamp, 2-piece wardrobe, desk and chair.
The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa. The usual cooking and kitchen facilities are available.
The apartment has recently had new windows, eco-friendly central heating heated from underground and a sprinkler system. There has also been a full refurb of the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The flat is still in working progress and there are plans to further enhance the spare room and living room.
I am an outgoing individual who has much experience in sharing my living space with other people. I am out of the apartment a lot of the time so you would have plenty of time to yourself to relax. I'm very courteous to give a housemate space and privacy. I have mostly lived and worked amongst people from continental Europe and beyond.
The apartment is on the 22nd floor overlooking Media City offering stunning views and lovely sunsets over the summer and winter months.
The apartment is a 10-minute walk to the Salford Cresent train station, 15 minutes walk to Salford University, 40 Minutes walk to Manchester City Centre, 20 minutes walk to Media City and 25 minutes walk to Salford Royal Hospital Trust.
There are 5 main supermarkets and a precinct shopping centre on the doorstep of the block with retail units such as Costa Coffee and a Pure Gym. There are regular local buses, trams and trains into Manchester City centre and beyond with adequate roadside cyclist provisions.
