It is a 3 bedroom terraced house. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to Salford University, close to Salford shopping center, and close to Manchester city center (10 minutes by bus). It is also close to Salford Crescent station (5 minutes walk), and 10 minutes by bus to Salford Quays.

Two double bedrooms on first floor sharing a bathroom. A single bedroom on the second floor has its own bathroom. The bills are included (except the council tax, the landlord needs to register tenants with the city council, city council will issue the council tax bill to tenants, if you are a student you can have a council tax exemption certificate, by providing this the council will waive the council tax, this property's council tax band is A).

ONE of the Double rooms will be available from 2nd January 2026
The single room on top floor will be available from 1st January 2026
