Currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy before January 2019. Leaving due to changes of university course timetable. The house is based on Cromwell Road, in a private student accommodation called Cromwell Court. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room area with also access to private car park.

Freshly refurbished with new carpets, wallpaper and paint. Also able to paint walls in personal room to make your own. Cleaner every two weeks for communal areas of house!

The tenants are 4 boys and 1 girl, all really friendly people and great to live with! The walk to Salford University Campus and Salford Crescent train station is a 10/15 minute walk away, with also access to buses. Close by are corner shops and a large Tesco a 15 minute walk away.

Very reasonable price for student accommodation and the first semester rent is already paid for. The tenancy covers 50 weeks at £88 a week which is paid each semester.
