A beautiful souble room with en-suite in the new Wilburn Basin complex - a gated community right on the river. Walking distance from both the city centre and Salford Quays.

Living with 2 students aged 28/30 both studying Medicine, both vegetarian, we often go to the gym together (there is a gym and cinema in the building free for all residents), out for food, pub quizzes and hanging out watching TV and cooking together.

Huge JD Gym, Sainsbury's, McDonalds, Home Bargains stores all within 100 metres across the road, and just a short walk from the city centre.

My flatmate is the landlord who lives in the flat with us. Price negotiable just get in touch. Secure bicycle parking available.

We are on placement 9-5 during the week so quite busy, and we are looking for someone respectful and clean, but also fun :)

We are ideally looking for another student to join us for hopefully at least the rest of the academic year.
