Double En-suite room to rent-TEMP

I have a large fully furnished double En-suite bedroom to rent on a temporary basis. My current housemate is relocating at the end of October and I would like to move to a house-I’m hoping-around end of Feb, so would be ideal for someone looking for a temporary home in Manchester. I have a lovely dog so new person must be ok with this.
The rent is inclusive of all bills.
I would like to let it to someone who is ideally single, chilled out, clean and tidy. A professional and responsible female would be preferable but not crucial. Happy to do Monday-Friday let.
During the week I work two jobs, one is teaching so I’ll be planning lessons etc around my other job.
The apartment complex has a large private Car park, and is located between Salford quays and castlefield, just off regent road. Cornbrook tram station is 5-10min walk away.
The apartment has a large open plan living/kitchen/diner with a large balcony with a view of the river Irwell. Considering how close it is to town, it is lovely and peaceful living here.
