The rent for the room is £140 p/wk, including bills and wi-fi, and would be contracted until June. The room will be available now, allowing enough time to move in before the end of the Christmas break. The room is available to STUDENTS ONLY. There are no problems with the room, I just accepted the contract back in September and I am still reliable to make payments but I am having some problems student finance. The room is clean
