Double room close to media city

I have a double room to let in an existing house share in a 2 bed house - 5 minutes walk from media city.

House:
2 bed, 2 reception rooms, one bathroom, kitchen, utility cellars and a small outside rear courtyard.
The house belongs to a friend who lives away and it has been refurbished to a high standard throughout.

It’s fully furnished - WiFi / washing machine / all kitchen ware etc as standard - just bring your bedding and your clothes.

Your room has a double bed and a large wardrobe and a separate chest of drawers.

There is permit free roadside parking outside and Langworthy tram station just a minutes walk away from the front door.

Salford train station is a 5 minute Uber ride away and Manchester city centre a 10 minute cab ride.
There’s a Tesco / Lidl nearby and the Trafford centre is a short drive away.

All bills are included in the price - everything.
It’s a really calm and relaxing space in a great location - it’s not a party house but I’m equally not a bore.

Housemate:
Me - 29 year old single gay male, working in media city.
I work long shifts including overnight and at weekends.
This means I sleep in the daytimes often between 11-7pm so it’s likely we’ll be passing ships in the night.

In my spare time I cook, gym and binge watch Netflix - but I also combine this with regular nights out in town so its probably best if you’re sociable too.

You:
Should ideally be a professional person who is clean and tidy and takes pride in their surroundings.

LGBT / gay friendly a must.
Ideally up for a beer and having a laugh every now and again.
