Renting my spare room

Renting my spare room. Renting as i used to be in the room but have since taken over the tenancy. It has in it a single bed, wardrobe and desk all of which id be happy to remove if you wanted to bring anything in of your own. Washer and dryer available with plenty of cupboard, fridge and freezer space.

I would say I am super down to earth and expect as much respect as is given. Tidy, quiet, friendly.

All i ask is that you are tidy and not a complete knob head.... Peace and love....
