House is in a cul de sac it takes approximately 45 minutes to walk to city center. (on a nice day)
Decent double drive if you have a car.
Also garage which would accommodate a bike or two.
Can do Mon to Fri for people if suitable.
Good access to M60 supermarkets nearby gym etc.
Near to Prestwich amenities.
