Hola!
We are Oscar (32) and Mihai (25), Spaniard and Romanian professionals living near Salford Royal Hospital. We are looking for a new flatmate for our third bedroom.
We are looking for someone clean and tidy, social and fun (the perfect flatmate really) to come to live with us. If you support Real Madrid, then you have more chances for us to select you.
We like to keep the house tidy, and we do a full clean everytime is needed, usually every 1 or 2 weeks. You will see in the pictures how the house would be on a normal day.
THE HOUSE is DETACHED and there is not noise at all during the nights. It was built in 2019 therefore it is very warm in winter. All the furniture was bought from NEW a year ago.
BEDROOM: the mattress is a DOUBLE and the brand is SIMBA, costed £600 last year and sleeping in it is a pleasure. It comes with a wardrobe, desk and bedside table. Views to the back garden, completely hidden from traffic or road views. You will see squirrels in the garden pretty much everyday.
KITCHEN: FULLY EQUIPPED, including dishwasher and drier, very handy in winter!
LIVING ROOM: We love watching TV in our flat screen 40" TV. We also have XBox, Amazon Prime, Netflix and a home cinema sound equipment.
BATHROOMS: The person coming will share one SPACIOUS bathroom with Mihai, with ventilator and window so always very fresh and airy.
TOILET: On the ground floor there is a small toilet which can be used by any of the 3 flatmates.
GARDENS: One of my favourite things is that we have 2 gardens, front and back, so if there is no clouds (that week of the year in Manchester), there is an option to enjoy some fresh air and sun outside. Mihai and me have a lot of BARBECUES, so we are looking for a third partner in crime. If you are veggie, we will manage!
PRIVATE PARKING available and GARAGE for storage and bikes. .
LOCATION
10 min walking to the SALFORD ROYAL HOSPITAL.
12 min cycling to MEDIA CITY.
The BUS STOP to the CITY CENTRE for the 34, 67 and 100 is 1 min walking from the house.
18 min cycling to MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE.
If you like walking or running, on the doorstep there is the beautiful and big BUILLE HILL PARK, perfect if you want to take some fresh air. I go there running a few times per week!
