The room and bathroom are in the 2nd floor of a shared house so you will have your own space on 2nd floor. It is about 5-7 minutes walk to bus and train stations. Ideal for university of Salford students and young professionals. The other housemates are both postgraduate students. There is a probability of an extended contract but for now 2 months is fixed.
