House share - Double room 700 PCM + 200 Bills apx

Hello everyone, my housemates moving back to Aus 😭

It's a cute house with a private garden, very close to Salford crescent, Peel Park, there is a Lidl really close by and it takes around 20 minutes to walk to town.
A professional who likes to hang out, have a glass of wine, go out to events (anything from gigs to comedy shows to art exhibitions.) Love a good meal out and also quiet down time. LGBTQIA+ friendly household where we respect each other and have always lived like family.

One thing to note: very big on keeping things clean and tidy, we have a whole house clean once a week and keep on top of general day to day so the place stays nice! If you’re not up for that it’s understandable but it’s probably not for you!
