I am Looking for one person to live with me in my house in Weaste / tootal , near Salford royal. 😊 No couples or pets.

There is free street parking. There are trams 5 minutes walk away and bus stops at the end of the street. Ubers and taxis are also easy to get.

Your room is a Furnished double bedroom with A double bed, light wood style medium wardrobe/ cupboard / Ikea drawers and a bedside table as pictured. It has ample sockets , a lovely oak door that locks from the inside and it is spacious. The socket behind the bed also has usb ports in. It has a blackout roller blind.
The bed is a few months old only and has drawers for storage , it comes with a mattress and a new mattress protector and topper for comfort.

There is one bathroom with a bath and rain shower and it has a lock on the door and a cupboard for toiletries.

There is a yard to the back with a table , chairs and an egg chair and some plants. It does get the sun. 😊

I am of course happy for you to bring your own touches or furniture to the room if you wish.

I work Monday - Friday office hours. I work for a charity from home in the dining room which now has a desk inside as my office. I am therefore looking for someone who works outside of the house 9-5 ish.

As you can see from the pictures I like to keep clean and tidy and would like to live with someone who is happy to clean after themselves on a daily basis. 😊 I also have a ‘shoes off at the door’ policy. 👞

The price is £675 per month, all bills included including water, gas and electric, internet, council tax, home contents insurance and tv licence . The living room tv has Netflix , Disney+, now tv and prime video.

For ease I also provide and buy consumables such as toilet roll, hand wash , bleach , cleaning products, bin bags etc.

I do a tenancy agreement from a spare room template which confirms a monthly rolling basis.

My house is smoke free.
