I own my 2 bed apartment and I am looking to rent out my spare room. I own 2 parking spaces in the secure underground parking garage so the room does come with a car parking space. The property is spacious and fully furnished.

The apartment itself is on the 10th floor and consists of an open plan communal kitchen, dining space and living room and 2 ensuite bathrooms. The room for rent has a Jack and Jill bathroom so there is access from both the living space (for your own use) and the bedroom. The room has never been used/rented previously and the bedroom furniture is all new.

The apartment complex benefits from a 24hr concierge, media room, business suite, gym with steam room and sauna and communal roof terrace and other outdoor spaces. Concierge and these amenities are within the same block as the apartment.

I will rarely be in the apartment as I am moving in with my partner. I, however, wanted to retain my room for use on the occasional weeknight/weekends. You will therefore have free use of the apartment, apart from my room.
