Hi everyone, my partner and I are moving out of the city so are looking for someone to take over our lovely two bed apartment near town in Salford.

The apartment is furnished with everything you need to move straight in (beds, wardrobe, 40 inch tv, glass table and coffee table, drawers etc) and comes with an amazing shared roof terrace. Secure underground parking is available to rent from the property management company. Small co op is just below the flat for convenience and there’s a big Sainsbury’s, Boots, Argos, kfc, McDonald’s and gym about 4 minute walk

There’s a real community spirit in the apartment block and everyone helps each other out on a facebook group. Its an amazing place to live and we’ll be sad to leave!

Council tax is £150 for us both (would be cheaper for a single occupier) and monthly bills are roughly £70. Really fast wifi connection in the area too!
