Dog-friendly, double room with own bathroom

Hi all! My lovely flatmate and her awesome dog are moving out to another place closer to her work. My boyfriend and I are looking for one or two person(s) to rent her room.

- - About the room - -
Furnished double bedroom. 1 bed, 1 wardrobe, 2 dressers and 1 bookshelf are available in the room. There is plenty of space to add in a desk and chair if you want to. There are 3 windows and therefore, a lot of natural light.
You will have your personal bathroom. Also, if you have a pet, it will be easier to bathe him/her in the bathtub.

- - The property - -
The flat consists of one ensuite bedroom (occupied by me and my boyfriend), one double bedroom (yours), one full bathroom (yours) and a shared living room/ kitchen. The kitchen is fully-fitted. There is also free secured parking in front of the building. The flat is found at the back of the building.

Rent:
If you are single, the rent will be £450 PCM, bills included (electricity, gas, water, council tax, broadband) . If you are a couple, the rent will be £480. The deposit is £325.

Public Transport:
Tram and bus stops no more than a 2-minute walk from the flat.
MediaCityUK is 5-10 minutes away by tram and 15 minutes away by foot.
Manchester city centre is 20-25 minutes away by tram or bus.

- - The household - -
We are an easy-going, friendly and social Mauritian couple. We are always up for game nights. We also enjoy our privacy and will respect our roommate's space as well. We also like to cook and like to keep common areas tidy.
The flat is dog-friendly. If you have a dog, we will be more than happy to walk him if you don't mind. But be aware that he/she will fall in love with us :)
