The property is located in front of Ordsall Park and is south facing so you have a nice view of the park and benefits on a lot of natural light. We also have a balcony at the back - good for chill outs and bbqs.

Tesco Express is just on the other side of the park, Pure Gym and Salford Quays tram stop are 8 minutes walk and MediaCity is around 20 minutes walk away.

The property is let unfurnished so you will need to furnish your own bedroom. We already have some furniture in place such as dining table, dining chairs, plates, hoover and kitchen utensils which of course we are happy to share.
