We are a couple looking for a lodger for our spare room! We're friendly, chilled out and clean people, both currently studying in Salford.
We have 2 rescue dogs who are the real selling point here, both will demand love from you but they're both very polite girls.
It's a 5 minute walk to peel park and a 10-15 minute walk down Blackfriars road to get into the city.
It's a chilled out, safe area with lots of street lighting and public walkways.
We have a decent sized garden and a study room you'd be welcome to use and the bathroom has a bath/shower so either are an option.
We're both vegan and left leaning so if you are too that'd be great but we don't mind sharing with omni's!
The room is furnished but only has a single bed as of right now. The snazzy blind is included!
