Room in Salford - next to City centre

We have a room available in our flat in Salford. 5 minutes walking distance from Spinningfields / City Centre. The room includes a double-sized bed plus a big wardrobe
 + cupboard.

The property is in a quiet residential area, as I said walking distance from the city centre. The flat is already furnished. It has a balcony, and we share bathroom. The light is great, sun comes in every morning (when it actually comes out haha) into the living room. We normally spend a lot of time together chilling in the living room and stuff. We have always had a good atmosphere in the flat and we'd like to keep it the same way with the new tenant :)

We are two laid-back Spanish guys who have been living together for a couple of years now. The third member of the house is leaving the city, so that's why we have the free room. We are very easy going (big football fans! haha), we like sports, music, TV series... and basically we'd like to find someone open to enjoy living in a nice mood.

Bills are not included. Tend to be around 80-90 per month. There's a parking spot as well. A 325 deposit would be needed too.
