It is a double room and you would have sole access/use of the main bathroom. Fabulous big balcony that gets the sun all day which is perfect for drinks in the summer. Ideally looking for someone professional and tidy, who enjoys beers, the craic, and chilling out but would still be conscious of noise etc. 24 hour Conceierge which is handy, and generally a great building to live in.
