The house has gas central heating throughout.
Location could not be better. Close to Salford precinct, it is ideal for buses or Metrolink to Manchester, Salford Quays, Salford Royal Hospital etc. There are numerous shops and takeaways within 5 minutes walk, a Lidl supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance and large Tesco just a couple of minutes further away.
