The property is a new housing complex minutes drive to the city centre with great access to public transport and motorways.
The property has a large garden and plenty of parking incase friends want to visit.
The house is currently occupied by a 30 yo guy and a 24 year old Canadian girl. With three cute pets 2 puppies and 1 cat.
The property has 2 bathrooms so dont panic.
We are looking for long or short stay open to all ages but ideally around mid 20’s to mid 30’s and LGBTQ+ friendly
Unfortunately we aren’t wanting a couple to move in just for space purposes and no other pets as we already have three.
