One bedroom apartment

Hello,

I am offering a spare bedroom in my fully furnished apartment and am seeking a kind and easy-going individual to share the space. The room includes a small wardrobe, desk, chair, standing mirror, and a bed with a memory foam mattress.

The location is conveniently situated just a 20-minute walk from the city center and is close to amenities such as Lidl, Asda, PureGym, Tim Hortons, and McDonald's. The area is peaceful, and the apartment features a large parking area, making it suitable for those with a vehicle.

I typically work 5 days a week and am home after 6 or 7PM. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. As an athletic person, I enjoy activities such as gym workouts, climbing.
I also have a sweet and playful cat named Ace, she’s Russian Blue. If you do have a cat I don’t mind.
